My story

Three chapters.
One thread: make it work in production.

I started by writing the code, moved on to designing the systems around it, and now use AI agents to do both faster without lowering the bar.

2009 – 2019

The builder

A decade at Ingram Content Group taking a Java EE monolith to microservices that handle millions of digital assets. Replacing a commercial DAM saved $100K a year.

2019 – 2026

The architect

API platforms, event-driven serverless and a regulated 340B claims system across pharma, insurance, manufacturing and healthcare. Cut cloud cost 30% and API latency 35%.

AI-native

Senior consultant at AWS Professional Services on an IoT platform for 1,800+ sites. On my own products, AI agents write the code and I decide what ships.
